Product leader. Builder.
I've always loved the moments when new technology changes how people think, work, and create. That's what pulled me into product over a decade ago, starting at eVisit as an engineering student who taught herself design, then becoming Paradox's first AI PM and growing to Senior Director as we scaled conversational AI to hundreds of millions of interactions.
After Paradox I took an intentional break and started Jessie the Techie, helping women-owned businesses build their online presence. Then I joined Sense to lead GenAI product, and today I'm at Apple, working on 0→1 LLM-powered customer support.
On the side, I'm always prototyping. Right now it's a consumer AI interface built on a simple hunch: most people don't want to pick a model. They just want the right kind of help, and the product should route them to it, whether that's a quick answer or a slower, more thoughtful one.
The thread through all of it: I love making complex technology feel surprisingly human. And I'm happiest with my hands in a prototype, figuring out what an idea wants to be.
An artifact I keep close: in engineering school, a professor pulled me into a small campus session where Steve Wozniak was speaking. I got him to sign my iPhone, and asked how he and Jobs bridged the technical and the business sides, turning a dream into something you could actually ship. His answer stuck with me.

Away from the screen, I'm happiest near the ocean. Some of my favorite memories are from living by the water in SoCal, where I picked up surfing and spent most weekends at the beach. I like to stay active (pilates mostly, and I ran a marathon in 2017), and I care deeply about mental health, especially women's mental health at work, and building spaces where more women can connect and learn from each other. I'm also a big dog person: I'm always watching my sister's pittie-mix Arlo, I donate to local shelters, and I pick up walks on Wag for my dog fix until I can finally adopt one of my own.
