Enterprise GenAI Conversational CRM
Hired to lead Enterprise AI. I built a GenAI CRM that automates recruiters' tedious work so they can spend more time with people.
- Role
- Lead Product Manager
- Timeframe
- 2023 – 2024
Context
Sense serves enterprise talent-acquisition teams. Recruiters were losing hours to manual, repetitive tasks instead of talking to people. I was brought in to lead Enterprise AI, and specifically to integrate our product with a recently acquired system, ship a working product with API integrations into core HR systems, and package it to sell into the enterprise.

The work
I owned Sense's GenAI CRM, the recruiter-facing product behind roughly 50% of company ARR. The bet was simple: automate the tedious parts of a recruiter's day so they can spend more time on the human parts. We shipped AI recommendations that surface the right candidates and read their resumes, fast omni-channel scheduling, and automation for the manual workflows that ate recruiters' time, always keeping the human experience at the center. I led the integration of our product with a recently acquired system, built the API integrations into core HR platforms, and packaged it to sell to enterprise buyers.

Impact
- Hired to lead Enterprise AI, owning a GenAI CRM behind ~50% of company ARR
- Shipped AI candidate & resume recommendations, omni-channel scheduling, and workflow automation
- Integrated the product with a newly acquired system and core HR (HRIS/ATS) APIs
- Packaged and positioned the product to sell into the enterprise
- Automated the tedious so recruiters got more time for human-to-human connection
What it taught me
The point of AI in recruiting isn't to remove the human. It's to give recruiters their time back for the parts only a human can do. Automate the tedious, protect the personal.
