About

Product leader. Builder. Founder.

I'm Jessica Sarceda, an AI product leader and builder based in San Francisco. I currently work at Apple, where I lead 0→1 LLM-powered product initiatives for intelligent support experiences.

I started in product by redesigning telemedicine software while studying engineering at Arizona State University. That early work taught me that product is not only about shipping features. It is about understanding people, simplifying complexity, and building systems that make technology feel more useful.

In 2018, I joined Paradox as the company's first AI Product Manager. This was before foundation models were a household name, and the work centered on building conversational AI that could operate reliably in real-world enterprise workflows. Over four years, I grew from AI Product Manager to Senior Director of Product while helping scale the platform to 300M+ annual interactions across 20+ languages.

After Paradox, I led GenAI product work at Sense, focused on conversational CRM and enterprise AI adoption. Today, I work at Apple on LLM-powered support experiences that operate at global scale.

Outside of work, I build YipYapp AI, a multi-model AI interface exploring how users can move between quick answers and deeper reasoning without needing to understand model selection. I am especially interested in human–AI interaction, product taste, trust, and the future of intelligent interfaces.
